Invited Talk at 3-Länder-Korrosionstagung 2026
I was invited to give a talk at the 3-Länder-Korrosionstagung “Korrosion und kuenstliche Intelligenz” in Frankfurt (DECHEMA-Haus), held on April 23-24, 2026.
The conference brought together experts from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and focused on the theme “Corrosion and Artificial Intelligence.”
As part of the session on Automated Image Analysis, I presented the invited talk “Deep Learning for Electron Microscopy in Materials and Corrosion Research.”
In the talk, I discussed how modern deep learning methods can support electron microscopy data analysis and accelerate research in materials science and corrosion engineering.
